Message Look, it looks like you have some nice products, that look good, and are for a good price.

However, if you are going to run a business in which customer satisfaction is important, then you need to do two things, in my opinion.

First: Don't promise something you can't deliver. As an example, I ordered my shifter and e-brake boot over a month ago. At the the time, you told me it would take 10 days to get it, plus shipping, which from Orange County, CA to San Diego, shouldn't be all that long. Every time I emailed you that I got a response to (which is another subject), you kept telling me next week, or this weekend, or etc... Last week you said they would ship on last Thursday, and I have to come to TT.net to find out that they probably shipped today (Tuesday) I don't care that it takes a long time to get this stuff made/shipped, I just want to know the truth. Tell me it will take a month, and when it takes a month, I don't mind. Tell me it will take a week, and when it takes a month I am pissed off.

Second: Prompt response to customer inquires. Out of all the emails I have sent you, one of them took less than 48 hours to be returned to me. 2/3'ds of them never even were responded to. I'm not sure if this is an ISP problem, or a computer problem, or what, but from the customer's POV, I don't care. All I care about is having my concerns/questions answered.

I'm posting this on TT.net because I believe in spreading the word about merchants, good or bad. For example, Coz is quick to respond to emails and quick to let people know what is going on with their orders. Alchemist is another one like this. I believe you have the potential to do so, as you have a good product, and obviously care about the Z community. I understand there are growing pains for any new business; I hope you get them worked out.

Good luck
